Title: Re: 3d fractal IN STEREO 3D! no glasses required Post by: cKleinhuis on March 14, 2012, 01:44:17 PM cool images, but i think the movement is too strong, smaller movements could be enough to achieve this excellent effect!
Title: Re: 3d fractal IN STEREO 3D! no glasses required Post by: 9numbers on March 14, 2012, 10:21:29 PM thanks guys! I will try for a little less "shake" on the next ones.
Title: Re: 3d fractal IN STEREO 3D! no glasses required Post by: Apophyster on March 23, 2012, 08:05:57 PM I did something similar in Apophysis (7X) after I saw this (and btw, I also saw "Flake" in your DA gallery). Maybe you'd like to see what I did - it was an experiment: http://s231.photobucket.com/albums/ee111/Fractscient/GifAnims/?action=view¤t=PfT-FES_090801-sqo-B-anim2.gif I'm new posting here at FF so I'm not sure if that link will function as it should. btw, In my experiment, the full swing uses 60 frames, so the movement is fairly small. Making the animation smoother like that seems to work ok, although most "wiggle" animations I recall seeing in the past left the impression that they're much snappier than mine, the way yours is. Maybe some of that is due to trying to keep the file size small.? |
