Title: fractal in your mobile phone Post by: luuc on October 06, 2006, 05:25:23 PM You might know it: in stead of an ordinairy antenna, your mobile phone might have a flat, fractal-shaped plate in it, this is the new generation antenna's.
The reason the manufacturers changed it, is because it doent's take in as mutch place as the original one, but there are more reasons, somehow the frequence of it would change or something?? Thats where my question is about; what are the (dis) advantages of this new model antenna's? I've tried Marketing and Media Enquiries email addresses, nothing so far (not even a reply). Perhaps their spam filter is blocking me? UPDATE: E-mail from Fractus: Hi Jason, Thanks for you email. I have copied our CTO and inventor of the technology applied to antennas, Dr. Carles Puente on this email to answer your questions. Best regards, [Fractus] Stay tuned..
