The free FMSLogo at http://sourceforge.net/projects/fmslogo is probably the best for fractal creation. Logo was created to be used by little programmers but is powerful enough(especially with these new much faster computers) for anyone to have fun with. I have a free_for_a_whistle "Logo1.doc" that pretty much covers the present Logo universe.
