The type of files which reference the actual formulas being used, are found in the .UFM files. If you wish to know the difference between "formula" and "parameter", try reading what is available here: http://www.Nahee.com/PNL/Fractals.html (http://www.Nahee.com/PNL/Fractals.html) Title: Re: Parameter files posting Post by: titia on October 26, 2006, 04:01:42 PM ...is it possible to send the Ultra Fractal file as an attachment? If there will be more UF files this way, I have to scroll down quite a bit...
Maybe it is also an idea to seperate the different programs used. You will immediately know if there will be files you can use... The way that you attach your Fractal Explorer .FRS files is very nice, and quite easy to retrieve, without having to do a cut and paste when it is part of the text message of a posting. Thanks for sharing your parameter files with us!! > > Maybe it is also an idea to seperate the different > programs used. You will immediately know if > there will be files you can use... If enough people start sharing several parameter files, then sub-groups will most likely get created. At the moment, there are only a handful. Title: Parameter files posting Post by: Jules Ruis on October 27, 2006, 03:50:52 PM I should like to share .fim parameter files of the Fractal Imaginator software.
Greetings, Jules Ruis. Title: Re: Parameter files posting Post by: GFWorld on October 29, 2006, 05:49:18 PM Three Ultra Fractal Formuli ...
Alan - I like especially your Fun Barnsley (Mandelbrot ) work, beautiful :) Margit Title: Re: Parameter files posting Post by: alan2here on November 08, 2006, 05:26:59 PM @GFWorld
Thanks :) @Nahee_Enterprises Yeah, I ment Parameter and said Formuli Title: Re: Parameter files posting Post by: heneganj on November 08, 2006, 10:45:59 PM .FIM attachment filetype has been allowed.
Title: Re: Parameter files posting Post by: JASONPADGETT on May 03, 2008, 12:21:46 AM Hi everyone,
I'm a math/physics student in Washington state and I found where fractals arise from. They arise from E=MC^2 (which is a fractal also). I have many fractal drawings that I would love to share, but unfortunately the files size is too large for this website to download. If anyone is interested in seeing them, or in learning where fractals arise from please give me an email. Sincerely, Jason D.Padgett email- jasonquantum1@yahoo.com Title: Re: Parameter files posting Post by: PhotoComix on January 28, 2012, 12:01:23 PM if are too large for this forum you may post the links
Title: Re: Parameter files posting "The Wings of Eternity" Post by: F. Bernkastel on September 15, 2015, 08:02:52 AM Its my best work i ever tried. I found this flame in a random batch, and spent over 2 months to find optimal parameters (yep, only basic transforms from Apophysis were used!!!). Minimum of post-processing!
