Description: Herman ring mandelbrot picture

I like the contrast between the smooth bulb on the right and the fractals with basins on the left.

Also notice the small julia galaxies in the background.

Wow Paul, it's an old one, where did you find that? cheesy  shocked
I used UF and the comment says Hermann ring. Honestly I don't remember the exact formula and since I lost all my UF params in a disk crash, that will remain a mistery for eternity...

This looks like a Supernova/HRing fractal! What software/formula did you use?
