It would be way too much work to contact everyone here, as there are around 100 images used, and as I didn't keep track properly I'd have to search through all the results pages again. So I let this version be moved to somewhere more appropriate (i.e, withdrawn from the competition). Thanks! |

I really liked it too! May I suggest messaging all involved? This can still be salvaged! In a worst case scenario, just remake it with all your own work! You can have my permission to use any or all of the stuff I ever uploaded here if it helps, but my work is ... Different. Good luck working something out! If you plan on trying to ask people, we can leave this right where it is until voting time and see what happens. If you don't plan on trying to ask, we can move it. Nice job regardless. It's a wonderful tribute to the site and probably comes closest to what Christian wanted, but given the nature of using other people's work we have no choice here (even if it's a great piece!). |

| June 21, 2017, 11:19:00 PM While this is a great idea and a fine video, please be aware that it may be disqualified unless you have permission from EVERY person whose work you use in the video. We may need to see a post from every single member or it may cross the line between your own art and using other people's art. This will remain here while it is under review - but it may be moved to a more generic part of the gallery. I feel bad doing that, but if even one member whose art is in here claims it was used without permission or against their wishes, I'm sure you can see the predicament it would put us in if it wins! Great idea, but possibly not within the guidelines for using other people's work without their explicit permission. |
