| Description: An image of a hill top stripped bare of vegetation and with the native rock melted and distorted, inland from Muang Sing, northwestern Laos. UN inspectors believe the damage appears to have been caused by mega-blasts of iterations from a high powered fractal beam. A spokesperson for the nearby KIOSK research facility acknowledge that they possess such a beam, but stated that it can only be accessed by responsible employees.
