Thanks Kraftwork, I'm new to M3D so I'm still learning. I will certainly try your tip as I've had noise issues with several renders. The desert is clean everywhere else, only this particular place was noisy. Most strange!

Great image, sad about the noise though... try decreasing the Raystep multiplyer / Stepwidth limiter  A Beer Cup
