Ross Hilbert | August 03, 2012, 06:30:19 PM Thanks Xenodimensional! Yeah, it takes a little time to get to know the interface given the large number of programs/properties available. I recommend starting with the tutorials to learn the basics and then download the fractal examples. You can use these files as a starting point for your own explorations. The fractal examples pages have lots of suggestions of things to play with. To produce this fractal, I started with the Steiner Chain Orbit Trap example named Steiner Scaffolding I, and I changed the Steiner Chain orbit trap to a Sierpinski Square L-System orbit trap, and then I played with the scaling/placement and color and shading properties. Xenodimensional | August 03, 2012, 03:25:13 PM I love this Ross (and almost all your other pictures too btw). I tried FSK but couldn't come up with anything close to this good! |
