Description: Three large "X" formations, all made up of smaller Xs. afro

Whew! This is the deepest thing I have ever rendered - Well more precisely 2^ -1764.5!!! This single image took a little over two days to render on my Quad Core Phenom II @ 3.6 Ghz, Fractal Extreme 64 bits police hurt

This is an expansion of the original X-made-up-of-Xs concept found in "XX Reactor core"
http://www.fractalforums.com/index.php?action=gallery;sa=view;id=1983
I believe at this point I have exhausted the desire to explore deeper the X-of-X type cross formations to be found within the Mandelbrot set. I could continue into ever deeper iterations, but I believe I've tapped out this region for now. I chose to zoom in on the spiral about five notches off from the center of the "row-of-32Xs" formation, to give it a slightly skewed look for variety. afro

Hope you like. This zoom deviates from the original "XX Reactor Core" render path at about 2^-668. Comments appreciated...

A for extreme depth, effort, and unusual shapes found. A more original color scheme would have been the icing on the cake.

Sometimes the feelings streaming out of a fractal depend on the colour gradient that is used. I like when shift in colours match shifts in the geometry of the fractal. This makes sharp and distinct shapes, like the ones that you show us here. Thanks!
