| September 22, 2014, 08:36:40 PM hiya, it's from the web page in the comment, i didnt actually program those ones. you can find a large number of the formulas for those iso functions on the k3d forums, if you search sin on k3dsurf you will find masses of equations of hexagons most of the above shapes. torolf is probably one of the most know isosurface coder on k3d. im not sure how the points of the radiolaria were done, because it's very difficult to do points on isosurface formulas, if it's radial bars with a sperical containment zone that would probably do the points, on top of a hex grid sphere. |
