Description: A Mobius Patterns IFS fractal formed from a set of Mobius transformations.

Created with the Fractal Science Kit fractal generator. See http://www.fractalsciencekit.com/ for details.

The method used to produce this image is based on information in the book "Indra's Pearls - The Vision of Felix Klein" by David Mumford, Caroline Series, and David Wright. See David Wright's "Indra's Pearls" site at http://klein.math.okstate.edu/IndrasPearls/ site for additional details.

Hi maatty686,

No, I do not have a formula for filling an arbitrary shape with circles based on the Apollonian gasket (if I understood your question right). Looks like a fun area to explore.

I did a quick search on the web and found a few sites of interest.

Hope this helps,

Ross

I have a question for you

is there any way to build a custom Apollonian gasket to fit any shape you like using fractal science kit I would like to know before I think about buying it

if so i am going to need the formula

than i will buy fractal science kit to use as a template generator for my hand made fractals
