I must have put too many 0s in front of the 9 for the imaginery co-ordinate.
Got it now. I see what you did. I usually mix up the strutures I'm zooming into simply because I'm limited to 100 zooms, trying to get as much variation as possible.
How many iterations are there at the depth you're going to, up at e-30 the max is only about 1200. Makes for a fast render for a zoom movie. Takes longer to encode the video and upload to YouTube.

Yes it's a standard Mandelbrot. It is within the left side of "Seahorse Valley".

Is that a standard mandelbrot? I tried the first 15 digits or so of your co-ordinates but found it was in the main set to the left of the central valley.
