Description: Annother amazing surf.
Forms like theese only exist in julia sets in Mandelbulber (in m3d they also appear in mset).

Additionally you need "insane" julia constants @ abs(jz)>= 0.5, which is far above the surface. Anyhow grabbed jx and jy in m3d seem to be a good indication about where to find them.

Such a shame that mb3d cannot reproduce these, I really get lost in mandelbulber every time I try it ;}

really nice this... I have had a little play in bulber and it's very nice but I have to get it running more like the MB3D navi for me to find things as I use my eyes and not numbers : )

@Louis and all potential m3d users
a fast machine assumed, you can do the following:
  • adjust a low resolution (according to your machine)
  • swith on auto refresh (below render/undo button

you'll expierience an almost navigator feeling.  wink Just a crutch...

@Tglad 6feet is possible! The biggest one, I produced so far is around 6x3,3 feet (180x100cm) @ 80+ megapixel. To be seen in a restaurant in Germany.

This is fantastic, should be hung in a gallery, 6 foot high with super high resolution!
It reminds me of minibrots and the thin tendrils between them.

@mclarekin yes, I did some animation sequences in m3d with that kind of thingy. But animation with m3d is a pain in the a...
I surely try some sequences in near future.  grin
