Description: MBox

I must admit that I was very sceptical when  someone I was talking to last week (possibly myself), suggested that the fungi boats discovered on the waterways of Mars were used by the fungi to transport spore to new locations. THEN I received this image showing spore raining down on to a passing fungi boat. Apparently when the boat eventually grounds, often many miles down stream, the diversity of spore on-board creates a complete mini symbiotic fungi ecosystem.

Hahaha, those crazy sentient Martian fungi, what will they think of next?
