Tubular Fractal
Previous Image | Next Image
Description: The "tubes" were not too hard to make but the fractal in the centre took a lot longer then I thought it would.  Four fractals using UltraFractal were made and each saved as .png file.  All fractals (tubes and the centre fractal) were then opened in Photoshop cs6 as layers.  The layers were worked and positioned as needed and then everything was saved as a single layer.  Topaz and Photobrush 5 were used for the colouring and everything saved as a jpeg. This is about 30% of the original picture since my monitor is 2,560x1,440-pixel resolution and it was a bit too large for this post.
