Description: I did a few pieces quite a while back that were similar to this one. One was called http://haltenny.deviantart.com/art/Deep-Connections-194981774. While working on something new today, I happened to find the same sort of structures, so I went back in and had a peek at the old parameters and sure enough, the settings were nearly identical. However, in the old parameters the main structure was in a very confined and difficult to navigate area, where as in this new piece, the structure was pretty much right out in the open and more spread out. Also if you zoomed out on both old and new parameters, they are absolutely nothing alike. I found that quite interesting...

I've seen that effect also, I think it's the way the Distance estimates are handeled in different versions of MB3D, I remember Jesse mentioning the changes somewhere.
