It worked like a dream!  Thanks for the help, I will keep it in mind for future renders. smiley

Keep the Ides formula, Sockratease is on the right track, Lowering Raystep and increase Max Iterations. Super work man

I would replace Ides formula for Fuzzy or some other one, or eliminating it completely.

Lower the value of the Raystep Multiplier.  It may have to go quite low (0.001 or even more zeroes before the 1) and the lower it gets, the longer the render times - but it works!
