| Mikelo | February 02, 2013, 04:09:02 PM Superb fantasy landscape. Such a good image that it looks great even with minimal distance fog. |

| Jesse | October 19, 2010, 08:57:03 PM Thank you KRAFTWERK, I love the coloring on the right side of your image that looks like mountains at dusk, reminds me of a Carl May film or something i saw a longer time ago. It seems that this point was discovered by various people... after i posted it, i saw that also MarkJayBee has already images of the same position: http://markjaybee.deviantart.com/gallery/#/d2zugmt http://markjaybee.deviantart.com/gallery/#/d2zug8t |
| KRAFTWERK | October 19, 2010, 08:56:21 AM This is beautiful Jesse, reminds me of my: http://www.fractalforums.com/index.php?action=gallery;sa=view;id=3532 That was a plain neg-scale, before rotations... ![]() I love the shadows of the smaller trees at the left bottom... |
| Buddhi | October 17, 2010, 12:00:08 PM Thank you for the hint. |
| Jesse | October 16, 2010, 11:03:39 PM Thank you Buddhi! The rotations changed not much in this image, so this is mainly the common mandelbox with a scale at -1.193 and a MinR of 0 and Fold at 1. Just tuned the scale so that the tree structures are connected. |
| Buddhi | October 16, 2010, 11:18:44 AM Great image and shapes! I'm wondering how to get these structures. Is it based on mandelbox, but with some additional rotations? |
