| Description: This is what I\\\'m actually developing. As you see new feature in Mandelbulber will be rendering of materials like glass. I have implemented following light properties: - light refraction - total internal reflection - Fresnel's equation to calculate reflectance Stats: Total Favorities: 0 View Who Favorited Filesize: 606.47kB Height: 1200 Width: 1200 Discussion Topic: View Topic Keywords: refraction mandelbulber Posted by: Buddhi March 01, 2015, 09:06:43 PMRating: ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() by 11 members.Image Linking Codes

| Chris Thomasson | March 03, 2015, 02:23:12 AM Simply excellent work! I really need to implement my own ray tracer! So far, I am doing my 3d stuff using C++ and GLUT, then exporting that into a format that POV-Ray can understand. Unfortunately the "voxels" or spheres, are too damn coarse to gain the really neat fine grain details. ;^/ |
