Octavianus VS Cleopatra
Previous Image | Next Image
Description: Full title: Octavianus, climbing up the outlines of his own soul, eager to open those useless gifts from Cleopatra by the temple of inevitable collapses of all Roman empires, whilst Cleopatra is sucking out the last energy from his weak soul. I just felt like rewriting history when I saw this image in a tidal wave which happened to pass my back garden... Higher quality: http://MANDELWERK.deviantart.com/art/Octavianus-VS-Cleopatra-264500927 All objects and temples except the image of the statue are fractals generated with the help of Mandelbulb 3D, 3 different fractals put together using HR combinate. Background sky/ocean is a view from my back garden photographed by me, added in Photoshop. And for once, I am using an image I did not take myself: The image of Octavianus statue is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike 2.5 Generic license. KRAFTWERK | November 14, 2011, 03:32:41 PM OK, I see no problem at all with that Erisian, thank you for asking! Glad you like it! |
Guest | November 14, 2011, 12:39:30 AM I just want to save a copy for archival purposes. If I see a work of art I particularly like, I like to have a copy on disc. In this case, I'd love to print a copy for my wall as well as it's an amazing piece of work. I'll respect any restrictions you put on it. |
KRAFTWERK | November 13, 2011, 01:03:52 PM Thank you Again Erisian! Probably no problem, but what do you mean by 'take a copy' and what will you use the copy for? |
Guest | November 12, 2011, 07:10:04 PM I was looking at this again and it reminded me of some of Dali's later work. Would it be OK to take a copy of this? |
KRAFTWERK | November 08, 2011, 03:01:06 PM Thank you very much Erisian! Glad you like it so much! |
