Interesting Typo.
Previous Image | Next Image
Description: I was working on an icosahedron derived fractal when I failed to take a reciprocal of one of the terms. Since the resulting image is probably more interesting the the one I was trying to produce I decided to post it before I fixed the bug.

Made with a hacked version of mandelbulber.

Interesting point. The algorithm I was working with is primarily a surface fractal. It did not occur to me to go spelunking.
