Experimenting with textures I found this. Could be the cloud fortress, just very old and covered as ordinary flying rock.

Corel Photo paint generated pretty realistic clouds. Looking at pic in public PC, I was thinking, that my monitor is pretty old so blue colour pixels had somewhat burned out.
