 grin Wouldn't it be lovely if there was a speed test of the new 4th generation Intel processors on the Mandelbox set, especially with the i7 processors, compared with older Intel and AMD processors. Even better if the Mandelbox could be tested on Intel's new Xeon Phi processor. Thank you very much.

Actually, there have been several tests done throughout the years.   But they are each accomplished by running specific fractal generators.  For example, there were two separate parameter files used under the UF program, and the results were posted online at:
