thx!

perhaps i upload the tuts to youtube

PC is 2 or 3 years old:
i7-3770k 3,5 GHz, 16 GB Ram

There`s an - at that time - fast Graphic-Card (GTX 690), but "only" the 3D navi use it.

think this is good, but not highend hardware and so i have to wait some hours for some of the example-images -> overnight rendering

i remember the 7.500 x 7.500 needs 3-4 hours:
http://matze2001.deviantart.com/art/amazing-head-Mandelbulb3D-with-parameters-530699957

and the transparent clock - posts before - i would never render at such a big size.

I tried out your Castle parameters, super!

A tip though, set max iterations to 1 on the heightmap part (difs only need one) it will reduce rendering times hugely!  A Beer Cup

@m2001 how do i render the first scene ?!
where are the maps placed? and where to activate them in mb3d?! does the params include the map or does it need to be reassigned after loading scene!?
