I get the impression of a VERY LARGE industrial processing plant with a lot of utility lines and ducts running throughout it.  Would hate to see the energy bill for running this place.     cheesy

fantastic tubes!

p.s.: i had a real Oculus-Rift 3d Head Mounted display tonight, i am thunderstuck since trying out the boxplorer2 oculus version, everything has such a gigangic feeling when getting closer, this scene would be awesome exploring in realtime as well

@blob: if you look really carefully you can just about see it peeking round the corner at the
end of the conduit run.... wink

This image is very cool. (For purpose of learning, I even tried to make a similar to it that is on DA)  wink

For those interested in oculus rift: I met an old colleague the other day, he now works as computer graphics teacher and the class is now building their own oculus rift, with a smart phone and some other stuff. I searched the net and there are some examples on how to do that http://www.roadtovr.com/usc-diy-vr-headset-3d-printing/. Perhaps something for fractonauts? afro
