Ok, it was before the 3d revolution of the mandelbulb & Co, but 2008 is newer than most documentaries about that topic. It's an interresting review of fractal history and its practical implementations - and absolutely suitable for laymen, not so self-evident too.

it was not meant as dishonor, it is an fantastic collection and demonstration of the facts, especially the self similarity of the first waves that have been examined by mandelbrot is very clearly and understandable, and very long as well, i recommend this to every one interested to get the idea of the fractals!

this is why i searched the other translations as well wink if someone finds more translations please submit!
