For many years, Noel Giffin maintained the old, original site of this fractal database at http://spanky.triumf.ca/.  But over the past couple of years, the site has been down more than it has been up, and there has not been much (if any) updates over the last few years.

And for a few years, a copy of it was mirrored at http://spanky.fractint.org/, though it was never really kept up-to-date whenever there were modifications to the original site.  In fact, the mirrored site will now automatically forward you to the new site, but not as it should be doing.  It only forwards correctly when the main initial web page is referenced.  The "admin" of that server does not know enough to handle correct forwarding using all referenced web pages.

So..... about a year ago, a copy from the original site was moved over to:

     http://www.Nahee.com/spanky/

And it is being updated and corrected as time permits, hopefully on a more regular basis now.  So for those that may have links on their web pages, you may wish to update them to the new URL.
