Hi all

i have just bought UF 5.04 and i am going through the tutorials that come in the manual. i am doing the one learning basic skills, when i get to the bit where i have to sychnronize with julia seed nothing is happening, i have to click on the numbers in the manual then copy to clipboard, open UF then right click julia seed param fields and paste complex numbers, but nothing is happening, i have tried clicking the numbers and pasting them in notepad as well and they are just not pasting anywhere, can anybody help me i am getting quite frustrated, i can manually put in the numbers and the fractal changes but this is a long process.

Hi Logan,

I'm not sure what you mean by, "synchronize with julia seed."  What are you trying to do?  Generally, you can paste real numbers into a real or complex parameter or complex numbers into a complex parameter by right-clicking.  Is that not working for you?
