(OTCBB:SPZI), announced today that it has filed a patent application with the U.S. Patent Office to protect its unique data analysis Fractalz software product line. This application replaces the Provisional Patent Application filed last year. Fractalz, a unique, price predictive software, is based on the chaos theory and how it applies to the markets and the trading of various instruments.

Following the successful acquisition and consolidation of Tetrahex, Inc. in October-2006, a Company founded by the creator of the unique Fractalz softwareErik Long, Spooz released this latest version of the revolutionary market data analysis and forecasting product on October 16, 2006.

When it is applied to the markets, the Fractalz technology makes use of multiple fractal algorithms in multi-dimensional analysis in order to find the underlying patterns in market data.
