dudes, now it has happened, i just checked the remaining webspace, and there is just 500 megabytes left ...
so, as first intervention i am now limiting gallery uploads to exactly one a day ... i would rather prefer
to set it to as low as 1 image per week, but this is not configurable in the gallery software
concerning website update, I DO NOT HAVE ANY F***ING MONEY LEFT ON MY BANK ACCOUNT; AND ALTHOUGH
THE HOSTING COMPANY OFFERED ME 3 MONTHES FREE; AN WEBSITE UPDATE WOULD DOUBLE THE HOSTING COSTS
AND SINCE NO ONE IS DONATING SOME COINS; I NEED TO SELL A HELL LOTS OF COFFEE CUPS AND/OR CALENDARS
TO RAISE SOMEHOW THE MONEY THAT IS NEEDED TO PAY FOR THE SERVER UPDATE; SO PLEASE LIMIT YOUR UPLOADING
TO A BARE MINIMUM; ATTACHMENTS WILL NOW BE LIMITED TO 256K AND GALLERY IMAGES WILL NOW BE LIMITED TO 512KB
SO UNTIL THIS IS RESOLVED; I NEED TO INTERVENE THIS WAY!
hope you understand, concerning hosting costs, it would be great if some people could transfer the money directly to my hoster
after a server update it would be 30€/month, so for the remaining 6 monthes it would be 150€
it does not really make sense to transfer the money to me, or to paypal, because my beloved state is grabbing any coin i have spare
on my bank account, if some one would like to help, please contact me via PrivateMail!!!!

Perhaps it would be possible to remove posts that are not terribly important or have questions that have been answered before? I know that would be a big task to comb the website, but it might help.

it is not the posts that cost space ( database is 1gig for just text messages, thats no problem ) problem is the attachments and gallery, today i got a message when uploading an attachment that attachment space is full ( just virtually, but one gigabyte of attachment space is lying around on my server ) and i checked the webspace, and the webspace is 9,5 gigabytes of 10 gig available
next server update would give me virtually unlimited webspace, but i want to move this as far in the future as possible, after that update is due, posting limit would still be active ( with 3 images per user ) but large scale uploads could be possible ... at least larger than 1 mb....

Then perhaps a message could be sent out for users to remove some of their images that are either not their best work, old, ect

i do have some space that could be deleted, because it is my personal use of this webspace, e.g. for transferring, or for showing my customers what i did, and this will do, just stay cool everyone, buy a cup for coffe ( as teased in next tvshow ) and i can pay those tiny 15€/month for the next few monthes, i do hope calendar selling will as well go through the roof, because that is exactly the reason why i am doing the tvshow, the reason for the tvshow is to reach more customers for the really fine art which the calendar actually is ... but website update wont happen before i have sorted out my problems with the taxes i have to pay right now ... i am working like a little workhorse, and thanks god i have a well payed job that gives me tghe ability to pay for it, but as calculation looks right now i will need exactly one year by working as hard as i can to pay for it ... paying for the website is as tiny as not smoking five packages a monthes less, and smoking is one of the things i need to get rid of anyways, so, i believe the entity that is holding its hand above me is just sending me signals to sort out things in my life....

dudes, i love this site, and i love how it develops, those minor problems just make it interesting   , if you knew what is planned for the next "gallery tvshow" you would as well |

this site is so cool, so many people gathering around, and doing tremendous stuff ( programming, coloring,rendering, artisting, and stuff ) believe me, i love it, and as you all know the website is payed right now by web-ad-revenue, so no fear about it ( occasionally - really ocasionally, e.g. once a month, so DO NOT CLICK NOW !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1) is helping, but since the money is on the google account it cant be transfered right now to the hosting company, which is the problem right now ... because if i let it pay out it is grabbed by my beloved state ... and normally i let it pay out once a year, right now hosting cost is 15€ and ad income is ~30€
