Hi Jules,

The Newbie title signifies someone who has made less than 50 posts, and is slang for 'new person'.

Newbie     *     0
Jr. Member    **    50
Full Member    ***    100
Sr. Member    ****    250
Hero Member    *****    500

As you have made 50 posts or more, you become a junior member!

The word Noob is used a lot in Gameing.
Calling somone a "Newbie" or "Noob" directly can easely be interpreted as an insult as it implies they are new and unskilled.

The groups can be changed, if you have some suggestions I'll entertain them!

Someone on another board mentioned 'fractartist' - which I liked.
