Description: A fractal based on circle intersections.

Trying to find different ways of animating a circle intersection fractal I discovered. This just moves the red circle around the unit circle in white. The green circle has its radius getting bigger and smaller, and is centered at (0, 0). The red circle's radius also changes. First try! ;^)
