How do I upload fractal images to the contests?  I've uploaded any images but want to be in the contest.

First you need to go here and find the link to the appropriate gallery. Then once you are there you will see a button with "add image".

I am a bit confused where should I upload my film entry.
I see a Film subcategory here, but there's also Gallery for film.
Can you clarify?

For the contest you need to submit via the gallery. That way a forum thread will be posted automatically.

But since the submission time has passed (I hope Im right here) you can not submit for the current contest anymore. Of course you can post it in the "rate my video" section but It will not count for the contest. If you do that and the video still contains the required text please clarify that it is not for the contest.

i think dr weisenheimer said that the submission period is not necessarily a hard deadline, that people can submit a few days into june if they want... also he just said that he is likely to not transition the site into voting mode until the weekend
